What is your question?
Got my oil changed and a transmission flush. Had my codes reset or updated. Changing the transmission fluid seemed to help but still not shifting properly. Automatic hybrid. Especially when I'm on the interstate. I have to always listen and drive just perfect so it will shift right. When coming off interstate to light.....it sputters like its about to stall on me and kind of jerks back and forth like when u don't change gears right. My car is an automatic. No shifting. So idk. I have 92,000 miles on this thing. Also replaced battery in trunk
What makes this problem better or worse?
Better nothing. Worse driving it
How long has your 2013 Kia Optima had this problem?

Hello, was there a problem with your vehicle prior to the "transmission flush"? It sounds from your concern description that you may have an engine performance issue, causing sputtering and jerking. Clearly, you could also have a transmission concern. If this is a hybrid vehicle, it makes a difference too, as your transmission is different than a "conventional" one due to the presence of an electric motor. Not a whole lot you can do on your own here. A professional evaluation is needed.
