Electrical problem Kia Optima 2013

Hello, are you speaking of an automatic transmission shift lever that will not come out of park? If so, it could be that the brake light switch is not working properly. Either a switch or wiring concern. The shift lever needs to see that you have your foot on the brake to release it from "park" gear. But if you have no signal from that switch, it will not happen.
