My brakes and rotors have been replaced, when I press the break to stop it’s pulsating

Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like there is a chance that the rotors that the shop installed may be slightly warped, as pulsating in the pedal felt during braking is a tell tale sign of that. It is possible that there is something else going on, but if it only started after the brakes were replaced I would recommend bringing it back to the shop that did the initial work to see if it is under warranty.
