cannot pass inspection due to fuel system not ready. Car has low mileage, 34,000 and is in good condition otherwise. I Have logged over 1,000 miles since the first failure and have failed 4x since. Tried various drive cycle recommendations. How can I get this resolved

Hello, "fuel system not ready" -- I'm not familiar with that diagnostic monitor. What exactly does it say on the inspection report? Evaporative emissions? https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-issues That's a link to an article about drive cycles.
If you have 1 monitor not ready for NJ State Inspection it should pass inspection. You should bring your car in to a certified emission repair facility to have them diagnose it properly. There is definitely a problem.
Thanks I got it resolved. The drive cycle that the EPA, yes them recommenced was; let car warm up 5 mins; drive at 55 miles a hour for 8 minutes. Then put in park and let the engine idle for 15 mins. Crazy stuff but it worked!
Thanks, It’s a component of the OBD system; readiness status for fuel system is “not ready”. All other emission tests are ok
