cannot control temp at vent on passenger side

Hello, if you have "dual zone" climate control, where driver and passenger side zones can be controlled separately for temperature control, the passenger side control may be stuck in the heat mode. There is a motor that will vary that temperature in accordance with the switch temperature selection. Testing and repair of this will be needed.
