What is your question?
I have flickering lights that come on when the key is in the ignition and when it is not. When I open my door the dashboard lights flicker including headlights. I have checked the starter, alternator which was check at O'Riley's and got a brand new battery. The cables don't look corroded and it stays on for about a minute then turns off. Car won't turn over and I hear no sounds when trying to start the car. I did try jumping cables as well. Please help I'm so lost.

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Optima. The flickering lights, lack of starter engagement, and persistent power issues suggest there may be a poor ground connection or an issue with the main power supply. Double-check the battery terminal connections to ensure they're tight and fully seated. Also, inspect the ground connections, particularly where the negative cable attaches to the chassis and engine block. If they're loose, corroded, or damaged, they can prevent stable power flow. If the grounds are secure, you may have a loose or faulty fuse or relay or an issue with the main power distribution module. Sometimes, removing and reseating the fuses and relays related to the ignition and ECU can resolve intermittent power issues. If you are still having trouble, a shop visit may be needed to perform a detailed electrical diagnostic. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
