Hello, have you manually cranked the engine with a breaker bar and socket on the crankshaft? What if the engine is seized, unexpectedly? That would certainly prevent cranking. However, since you have no "clicking" sound, I'd check the mechanisms that allow starting, such as ensuring properly programmed keys are utilized to operate with the anti-theft system, ensure the automatic transmission is securely in "park" or "neutral" positions - using a diagnostic tool to verify the processor is seeing that also, because if not - it will not allow starter engagement. If you have a manual transmission, the clutch pedal switch will need to be checked to ensure the starting system is seeing the clutch engaged. These are initial places to check; remember - even "new" components (such as the replacement battery) could be an issue too - validate everything.
