Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your AC compressor engages but you're not getting cold air, the issue could be due to low refrigerant levels, a refrigerant leak, or a clogged expansion valve or orifice tube. Even if the compressor is working, it will only be effective if there's enough refrigerant in the system. Another possibility is a problem with the blend door or actuator, which controls the air mix inside the cabin. I recommend having a professional check the refrigerant levels and inspect the system for leaks or other issues to restore your AC's cooling performance. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
