What is your question?
The car was driven into a rough high curb on the leftside of the street. The car was going approx. 5-10 mph and at an angle when the driver was slowing down and was planning on parking next to the curb, but instead hit the curb before stopping. The low sidewall touring tire was flatened with a tear across the tread of the tire. The tire was only 8mos old. I replaced the tire, I was told the wheel wasn't bent!? Now I'm hearing noise coming from the left front when going more than 40mph and it gets louder the faster I go. After I have been driving at 65 mph for a half hour I start to feel vibration coming from that area and I slow down. What do you think is wrong?

Bent axle, I would recommend replacing the axle and the wheel bearing. Also have your suspension looked at, at the same time to make sure that all is well there
