Hello again, Locating the source of a knocking noise can be as easy as listening through a rubber hose. Put one end to your ear and the other end to different areas until you hear the noise grow louder in the hose/tube. This isolates the sound you hear to the area the tube is placed, but make sure to plug your other ear.
