Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Wow, that's quite the combination of concerns simultaneously. The only thing that link them all together is possible low battery voltage. I would have the battery checked for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load before anything else. Make sure you ensure there is a good battery in the car before doing anything else. The air conditioning system should be checked for refrigerant charge and electrical operation. This requires hands on, professional assessment. The radio screen being black – check circuit protection to make sure there is no blown fuse, but beyond that hands-on testing must be performed by a technician. If everything on your dash went to Spanish, I'm wondering if a low battery voltage concern contributed to this problem. See if the language can be reset to English - and if it stays that way! If not, testing will be required. Are you speaking about the seatbelt buckles releasing the seatbelts on their own? This sounds like a big safety issue and has no electronic component. I would recommend having the seatbelt buckles inspected for integrity. Yes, it does sound like some hands on testing to get things straight is needed.
