My engine does not turn or click to start the car the only lights that come on in dashboard are door opens and air bag off light comes on. They are dull on lights my windows ac or radio don't even turn on

Engine does not turn or click,dashboard light the come on are the airbag off light by clock and doors open light come on dim too. The radio the AC nothing works
