Is there a electrical recall with lights and radio?

Hello, no recall I am aware of for anything like this. The audio system is one concern, the lights is another. When you turn your high beams on, the fog lights turn off. Now, if both your high beam bulbs are inoperative -- even burned out -- it will go dark. I would check both headlight bulbs first to see if the high beams are inoperative.This could be a more simple repair, and is worth investigating hands on.
