What is your question?

My 2012 Kia Forte is running great, even at 128,000 miles. Was thinking of getting new plugs, but should I replace the PCV valve as well?

Check your owners manual for exact intervals but I would say yes replace it. Its a very cheap part and you've gotten many miles out of it. Alex
