If my radio have gone out do I just change the radio or both radio and frame

Radio went out now sometime it looks like static on the screen maybe 1 or 2 times them shut off Before that it was static and then the radio went out

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing is better but nothing have gotten worse either
