My ac is fully charged but still won't blow cold air ..why?

The electrical portion of the Ac system needs to be checked out. Fuse, Relay, pressure switch, compressor clutch, etc. With the key on and A/C on, electrical power should flow through the circuit to turn on the compressor. Proper diagnosis is necessary. Thanks, david@apexautoaz.com
