My dash board lights do not light

What is your question?

I am missing half of my dashboard lights in my 2006 Kia Amanti. In the light cluster, tach side (left side) light up but the speedometer side (right side) do not? I have checked the dimmer switch and I can lighten and darken the one side. Fuse? Bulb?
