Hazard Lights not working

Hello, They likely missed plugging them in, or perhaps the retaining clip on the connector broke and fell off after installation. Either way, I don't smell a coincidence here, as the entire panel surrounding the radio must be removed to replace the radio, and that includes the hazard light switch. I don't think it is anything malicious, and the service writer may even run out and pop off the trim to check it out when you get there. It should be a very quick visit.
