Will there be an issue to start the engine of a Jeep Wrangler after the battery was removed for approximately 2 hours

The car didn't start replaced main battery and auxiliary battery it worked fine for 2 months and then the car came up with the warning that it will shut off, after shutting off car wouldn't start nor would it turn off the lights were just flickering, I removed the main battery leads for around 30 minutes and then the car started and I was able to drive, today same thing happened but after putting back deletes the car wouldn't even get the lights in the cab.
