What is your question?
Purchased 2019 Wrangler Sport Unlimited this past October with 15k miles/1 owner and clean history per KBB. There has been a whining noise that can be heard when idling, low speeds, and increases in volume when turning wheels. I instantly thought power steering so took it to the dealership with them telling me no issues/concerns and no identification. Took it to a local mechanic more recently with them also saying no concern and belief is that it’s the alternator however couldn't identify sound without engine disassembly. It has been driving fine and I have heard this same sound on a few other Wranglers but genuinely curious about what is causing it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning wheel
How long has your 2019 Jeep Wrangler had this problem?
Since purchase last October

Hello, it could very well be a normal operating condition of the vehicle and could very well not indicate an actual problem. Since you've had it to the dealership and an independent shop, with no concerns found, I'd feel comfortable with it being "normal". No one here can hear the noise, so we can't weight in. Sorry.
