Daytime Running Lights (DRL)

What is your question?

I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU and was wanting to know about Daytime Running Lights. There is no setting on the lights or uconnect but I read online that they can be set using either a Procal or Flashcal tuner. Is this correct?
