No heat but AC works fine

What is your question?

I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, recently as it’s been getting cold I tried to see about the heat. Just bought the vehicle in July so haven’t had it long, the AC works perfect on all vents but there is no heat. I’ve checked coolant levels and leaks and that’s not an issue so what could it be?
