Tires size upgrade

Going from 275/75/17s to 37/12.5/17s is a pretty significant jump in both diameter and width, and the honest answer is that on a stock 2015 Rubicon even with the bigger fender flares you will almost certainly need a lift to run 37s without rubbing. Most Wrangler owners find that a minimum of a 2.5 to 3.5 inch lift is needed to comfortably clear 37 inch tires, and even then some trimming of the inner fender liner may be required. The wider 12.5 inch width could also cause rubbing on the front bumper and track bar bracket during full steering lock turns. Making a change that significant can affect steering, handling, and safety, as well as other parts of your drivetrain that you may not initial think of.
