Alarm will not shut off

Hello, do you know if you have an added on aftermarket alarm system installed? If so, have this removed first so you can properly and directly focus on factory installed components and functions.. Unlocking the vehicle with the proper key or remote should make the alarm stop sounding off. Even by using the driver's door key cylinder to open the car.
