2008 wrangler jk. Will not start. Will not even roll over. Lights come on

Won’t start battery is good I did get code P0513 saying skim It’s weird. Battery had died other day it sat for a while. I tried to jump start and nothing. Then started out of no where for few secs then died. Did few more times then ran fine. Went and got alternator. Was only putting out 10 volts. New one works fine Cranked today went to town and bam. Stuck in front of target. Will not do anything again. I tried to disconnect battery I pulled the m13 iOd fuse. Nothing. Help!!!!
