When you push the lock button on the FOB you can hear something under the hood click, same sound as when it unlocks and FOB starts. Also the FOB unlocks and start the Jeep. When pushing the lock button on the passenger side and driver side no noise as all. This button does unlock all the doors. Thank you for the help.

Hello, of course hands on testing is needed, even possibly with a diagnostic tool to monitor lock operation. Beyond that, it is quite possible that if your door lock system is seeing a door in the "open" position, possibly from a faulty door ajar switch, then it would prevent the doors to enter a locking position.
