2008 Jeep Wrangler FOB will not lock the Jeep, also the button inside the jeep will not lock the door nither the passanger nor drivier side lock buttons work?

When you push the lock button on the FOB you can hear something under the hood click, same sound as when it unlocks and FOB starts. Also the FOB unlocks and start the Jeep. When pushing the lock button on the passenger side and driver side no noise as all. This button does unlock all the doors.
