What is your question?
I have an 01 Jeep Wrangler sport (manual). It is on 35's and has a 4 in lift. Every time I shift it throws the jeep to the right really hard. Also it shakes VERY bad and you are never able to keep it straight. It is very hard to control the steering and is getting scary to drive. Could my tires be off balance or is it something more?

Hello, 35's are off balance any time you turn, brake hard, or accelerate hard. There is just so much room for movement that keeping the tire round and straight is impossible. That's OK, because the movement also absorbs most vibration cause by unsprung rotation. The thing I would address is the track bar and universal joints. If the track bar is factory, but the vehicle is lifted, consider upgrading to something much more beefy. Also, google 'Jeep Wrangler death wobble'.
