Clutch has been replaced 3 times, this time with dealer product. Problem is in first gear, jeep jumps as though you are not giving it time to engage and doesn't hold.
well i went through the same problems with clutches in my jeep . they could have put a new clutch disc in and did not machine the fly wheel could be one possibilty but would say they probably used a remanufactured clutch/preasure plate . from what i have noticed there is a good 1/8 inche difference between a new preasure plate versus a refurbed (machined) one that has been resurfaced who knows how many times . i do know that they get a lot worse with time and will feel like they can tare the jeep apart .
