Key will not turn in ignition

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I have no idea what "passenger wheel well" has to do with the key not turning in the ignition. What's the concern we cal help with? If your key will not turn, make sure the steering wheel is not tight against its lock by shaking the wheel back and forth while trying to turn the key.
