Why does the fuse keep blowing?

Any circuit with a fuse that keeps blowing needs to be thoroughly checked out. It could be a concern with the fan itself, or it could be something else that shares that circuit. If a fuse blows, it's because of an electrical issue on the related circuit. Only testing hands on can find out what is going on.
