the rear torque bar mounting bracket broke and I am trying to remove it. I removed the small bolt and the nut to the large bolt on the bracket. The large bolt that goes through the bracket with the spacer does not want to come out. Is there anything else that could be holding it in? Or is the bolt just rusted to the spacer?
(I placed vice grips on the spacer and turned the bolt a little bit. Maybe a total of one full turn)
