Speedometer not working actual 241 miles on it but it keeps revolving around

Do you mean the Odometer? As in the amount of miles on the vehicle, not the Speed? If the concern is the first 3 (from the left) digits continuing to turn, there's likely an issue with the cluster. Either a broken sprocket, dried grease, etc.
