Yes you have a bad oil pressure sensor easy fix takes less than 30 minutes i had to change mine

Yes it is usually the oil pressure sending unit; however the best replacement for this problem can be found at NAPA auto parts. Others seem to last only a couple to a few months. The one that is presently installed in my jeep now is going on two years in age and still works great. This particular unit is warrenteed for one year. Hope this helps you out. Rich.
