My 95 Jeep wrangler will only run on starting fluid.Seems like fuel lines or fuel pump may be frozen.It has been very cold the past few nights.

When you crank your Jeep, do you hear the fuel pump running? This requires 2 people, one to crank the Jeep and one to listen to put their ear on the bottom of the fuel tank. this is step 1, verify whether or not your pump is running. Cold whether should not make a fuel pump fail. they are designed to function in 40 below, not including wind chill
you may also have an obstruction in the fuel line. You'll have to remove the fule filter and then crank the engine over. If fuel comes out, then put filter back on and check output. If nothing comes out, its the filter. If that doesn't work your next check is the fuel pump (as stated in previous answer).
