Does this happen every time you come to a stop or just after first start. either way it could be IAC motor or brake booster. If only after cold start i would suspect IAC motor. The best way to find out is have a professional monitor the PIDs to see if IAC counts are with in range. There could be other factors but that would take driving it with scanner hooked up.
hmmm, not everytime. sometimes it runs great and other times its a mess to try and drive... warm or cold. sometimes its had problems just getting out of the drive way first thing in the morning other times it in the middle of the day. on the older 95 jeeps, how would you test those? would an obd tester find that or is it something thru a dealer?
