What is your question?

Just moved from 6000 feet to 500 feet jeep starts but really rough do not give it gas or it dies pretty sure I either need to adjust my timing or my air fuel mixture don't know how to do either one

disconnect the battery (both cables) and let it sit that way for 15 minutes, then hook up positive cable first, then negative, start it up, let it idle for a few minutes and then drive it normally for a few days, the computer will remap based on your driving style and the vehicle's enviornment.
