My engine light is not on but car feels like it may stall, there is no noise

There is no engine light on, but while driving ,my car fells like it may stall, there is no noise at all, this started a couple of weeks ago, I just did an oil change at the dealership and there was no note as to any problem when it was checked. There is no leaks either.

What makes this problem better or worse?
