P0571

What is your question?

I have a P0571 code on a 2012 Jeep Patriot. The brake lights work properly when the car isn't running. When I turn the key to the run position the shifter unlocks and the brake lights turn on and stay on. The CHMSL is also on but brightens when the peddle is depressed. I removed the #3 fuse the CHMSL remained on. When I removed the brake switch they all remained on.
