My 2009 patriot engine runs fine but when the engine warm up it loses power

I have a 2012 patriot and am having similar problems. I lose power constantly, even when the cruise control is set on the interstate. I have taken it to 2 shops. The first wasn't a Jeep dealer, but they tried to be helpful and hooked it up to the computer. No warning lights are on on the dash, and it doesn't throw any codes. The second place I took it to is a Jeep dealer but because I didn't purchase it there, they basically told me that unless it's "acting up" the day I would bring it in, they won't be able to help me. They weren't willing to look into any possible problems at all. Any ideas on what might be the problem would be great!
