What is your question?
All lights on dashboard came on on 9/5/19. Brought it to dealership for repairs. It tool at least a week for them to tell what the problem as. They ordered the part that should take 6 days. Part was due on 9/17. No part then and given a few other dates. Still no part. Called the corporate office around 9/26. Dealership does not answer phone so you leave a message, but no call back. Finally talked to them about so a little better but not much. Finally heard from corporate on 10/18 but still no part and no car.Haven't heard from the dealership in about 2 weeks. how long does it take to get an instrument cluster.

Wow, 7 weeks! Frustrating. My suggestion would be to reach out to the dealership service manager, and if that isn't successful, reach out to the General Manager. Heck, I'd show up and request to meet each in person. You will get answers.
