How do I check the transmission oil when I can't even take the cap off on the dip for the dipstick

If you don't normally work on cars I suggest taking it to a shop. This could be a safety concern. If the oil dipstick tube is stuck in sometimes you can spray a little penetrating oil around the top where it goes into the tube.
