Why do i hear a rattling sound while driving from the front of the car(FR wheel)

What is your question?

from right front wheel?, the sound is consistent with the speed slow or fast, on and off though, mechanic removed heat shield, but did not solve problem, could this be suspension(struts or shocks, bushings, wheel wells?)

What makes this problem better or worse?

The rattling is off and on
