No heat comes out on the floor just upper part vents

Hello, This is likely the result of a failed mode door or mode door actuator. The mode doors are inside the ducts, and when the actuators turn them, air is directed to the desired location. Check your fuses first, but then move on to checking if the mode door actuator is turning when you select floor.
