What is your question?
Began a week ago i was driving and noticed the gage had went up to H. It then turned off at red light and wouldnt start back until it was cool. Everytime we fill it up with water it goes for about 20 min and will begin to get hot and we need to add water. Havent notice any leaking of any kind. We removed thermostat and it lasts alot longer without over heating but now the car studders whenever i stop. And when in park it shakes ...or spudders. Any ideas please

You may have a failed head gasket. Depending on the nature of the failure, exhaust gas can enter the coolant system and cause overheating. It could also allow coolant to get into the oil or combustion chamber. I'd check the oil dip stick to see if the coolant is in the oil. It will look milky if it is. I'd also remove the spark plugs and compare them. If the coolant is getting into the combustion chamber, it will leave chalky deposits on the plug itself.
