What is your question?
After pushing hazard warning switch, the switch locks in place; however, the hazard warning lights do not flash and no repetitive clicking is heard. The left and right turn signal indicators work as expected. I have not been able to identify or find reference to flasher relay in Owners Guide or Manual.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Does not work with or without ignition key set to on
How long has your 2012 Jeep Liberty had this problem?
A few weeks

There is no "flasher" fuse on this vehicle; the "TIPM" (Totally Integrated Power Module) handles the operation of hazard light flashing. My first suggestion is to replace all related hazard light bulbs with verified proper bulbs. My second suggestion is to think of anything abnormal that has occurred with the vehicle that could affect the lights or related circuitry. Third, diagnostic testing will be required with a Dodge compatible diagnostic tool that can access the related module and figure out what's going on.
