2012 jeep liberty front end collision not signs of major components damaged only cosmetic but car won’t crank has power

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. When you say that the car will not crank but has power, what does this mean? Are you saying that someone checked for power at the starter motor and it was there but it didn't engage? Or are you saying the dash lights are on? Bottom line, if you've had a collision, it requires a body shop and / or mechanical shop be engaged to determine what the damage is and how to repair it.
