My 2009 Jeep Liberty With the 3.7 V6 Runs rough at 1800 to2600 rpm after starting until engine warms up. ( 5 to 8 mins) Started after Spark Plug Change Any Ideas?

Thank you, Maybe you can assist again. Replaced Plug wires from Coil packs to plugs on pass side of engine. Coil Boots are coming in Monday. But.... Now wont start and just bucks and misfires. Code says Cyl 1,3,5 are misfiring. Have not even touched thee plugs on that side except to unplug and re plug the wires that go over to the other side .Before the wires it ran and started just rough running above the 1800 mark. I put the old plug wires back on but still not running and just bucks, any further thoughts I am lost, Thank you
