Coolant Leak & Flutter/Knocking Issue

So the other day, I was driving and the car was moving just fine. Two hours later, I drove again and heard a metal flutter or knocking sound every time I accelerated. When I opened the hood, I saw coolant leaking from the front, at the very bottom of the car. The oil light comes on for a split second and then goes away every time the car moves, but when it’s slowing down or coming to a stop, it blinks. I’m no mechanic & i’m on a very tight budget. Just need some help before I get it towed to a shop.
