Jeep rocks side to side badly after having lifts installed. Feels unsafe.

This COULD be the result of a loose track bar or the stock one may not be sufficient. The track bar helps stabilize the front axle. and the geometric angles change when the suspension height changes. so, in my opinion, i would probably suggest an adjustable track bar for front end to start with, and an alignment. see how it drives afterward. also, i would assume the lift came with longer shocks, so shocks shouldnt be the issue.
