At random times the check engine light flashes, car runs rough,won't accelerate

When hooked to the comp. It shows no codes, have had to 2 different mech. One found a loose speed sensor for the transmission(?). Worked find for 2 days then repeat same problem. But not all the time and never when the mech. Is driving it. (Of course).
